Pumpkintown Mountain is your scenic and unusual stop while traveling the historic South Carolina Highway 11 along the Cherokee Foothills. Unique and delightful in its design and appeal, you will enjoy a leisurely stroll though various shops and venues, enjoying a variety of taste pleasing "goodies" along the way.

Located at 3414 Highway 11 at the junction of SC Hwy 11 and SC Hwy 8, we are open from 11 am to 7 pm Wednesday through Monday. Feast on our exclusive homemade sub Sandwiches, made to your order. Our breads are unique, as well as our "old fashioned" Hospitality.

As well as the "usual" Beverages, we serve specialty coffees created by Jarle & Jenny Aartun, rich in heritage, and made to savor everyone's taste buds.

Don't miss our ice cream bar, with down home favorites such as hand scooped premium ice cream, not just your "everyday" shakes, but custom creations to your order. Sit in one of our hand crafted old world booths and enjoy a sundae, or banana split while bathing in the beauty of hand-hewn and carved beams and walls, reflecting a craftsmanship handed from generation to generation by the Aartun family.

New to our menu, Jarle's special smoked meats and barbecue. Feast on riblets cooked to Perfection under Jarle's close watch. Mouth watering chicken breasts too. Generous portions served with our own slaw, beans and specialty breads. Yes, we do orders to go!

Take time for a lunch or dinner. With our selection of sandwiches and salads, you are bound to be pleased! We didn't forget the kids! We have a full menu in our "kids Corner" just for them! Going to the lake for the day or weekend? Call in advance and we will have your "perfect" lunch waiting for each member of the family! We can prepare sack lunches for large groups, with 2 days advance notice. All of our lunches are made from only the best of "fixins" chosen by Jenny, and prepared to "tingle" any pallet. We have an upstairs dining area available to groups of up to 50.
